Returns, defective products and cancellations

Please note that we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer convenience. There is no cooling off period.

If you receive a defective product or a product that is different from the one you ordered, we will cover the shipping costs. If there is any damage during delivery, please contact us immediately. We will send you a new product as soon as possible, at our own expense.

Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if you contact us via email or our contact form within 7 business days of receiving the product.
Handling returned items
・If the product cannot be delivered to the customer due to reasons such as refusal to receive it, long-term absence, or incomplete address, and is returned to us, we will hold the product for three months from the date of shipment. In this case, we will not be able to cancel or refund the product. In addition, the customer will be responsible for the risk of the product during the storage period.
If 3 months have passed since the item was shipped, we will assume that you have abandoned ownership of the item and will dispose of it. Please note that in this case, we will not be able to cancel or refund your order.
